My wife and I were travelling with our son and my mother-in-law. When booking we've asked for two conjoint rooms or at least close to one another. However when we arrived, we were offered two rooms on different floors. The clerk told us they were at 98% capacity and that was the best she could do. That was not good enough for us and we've asked for a manager. And then Michelle appeared. Not only she gave us two close rooms, she also upgraded one of the rooms at no cost. Thank you Michelle! Other than that everything was really good. The hotel looks new or newly renovated. The rooms were clean and spacy. Roof-top bar is a must. Quality cocktails along with a very nice view. Hotel's location was perfect for us. 5 min walk (with grandmother) to the beach, close to all restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was great. Still close enough to the beach without having to be in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Enjoyed that everything is in walking distance. We didn't have a car and nor do you really need one (especially since they will charge you $29 a day to keep a car there). Spent one day at the pool and enjoyed that they served food out there. My room was amazing with a view of the marina. Was able to enjoy the sunrise every morning on the balcony. Every staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. Corey at the Front desk on overnights was amazing. However her last day was while I was there but when I fell Ill one night she was amazing in helping me out.

location was perfect! close to everything. the balcony view of the harbor was perfect for my husband because he sat out the balcony every night for several hours and wasn’t in the sun and lots of boats for him to watch. loved the rooftop bar. loved that it had the Harbor view. liked how quiet the location was. light blocking curtains were the best I have seen. very clean.

We loved having coffee shop and Starbucks coffee in the hotel. Staff were super nice and helpful. Valet staff were the best always smiling welcoming offering water. Pool aria cozy and clean. We loved it all. I forgot my clothes in the room after check out, front desk told me on the phone they can mail it to me.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The hotel and the room was amazing as well as the location. I would definitely go back during the non-Spring break time- when the price is a little more reasonable
